International students add significant value to our higher education with their cultural diversity, academic contribution and global collaborations and contribute to the promotion of our country in the international arena.Therefore, increasing the number of international students, which constitutes an important part of our country's internationalisation strategy goals, is among our main goals.In order to attract more qualified and more international students to our universities, our Presidency has added the Turkish Foreign Student Admission Examination (TR-YÖS) to the criteria evaluated in the international student admission processes of our universities.TR-YÖS, which has been conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM) since January 2023, is held twice (2) a year in Turkish, German, Arabic, French, English and Russian languages in 52 countries and 78 centres. The 1st Term TR-YÖS, which will take place on 11 May 2025 this year, will be open for application between 13 February-12 March 2025, and late application opportunity will be provided between 18-20 March 2025 for students who miss the application dates.
